Custom growing
We operate a ‘demand-led’ growing model, allowing us to customise our cultivation as precisely as our deliveries. As a small-scale business with a hands-on approach, we can grow our crops to meet your needs — whether big or small.
If you require a large batch of cress at short notice, we will provide the crop with extra light, water and warmth to stimulate growth. If you still have enough stock to keep you going, we will be kind to our crops and allow them some rest and relaxation. This approach helps us save energy, prevent overharvesting and protect our produce.
In tune with the seasons
Most of our produce is available throughout the year, but we make a few exceptions for the crops that fare better in spring or summer. It’s our way of moving with the seasons.
